Load-Out Dates:

Here are some important load-out dates and timings you need to know for our Online Timed Auction:

• Location for Pick-up: 3579 McCart Ave., Fort Worth, Texas 76109
• Dates for Pick-up: Tuesday, January 21, 2025 – Friday, January 24, 2025: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm CST – All lot items must be removed no later than Friday, January 24, 2025 by 4:00 pm. 
• You may pick-up your items with a PAID Invoice only from Kiefer Auctioneers
• Shipping: Auction company will not load, disassemble, or ship any lot item. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer assumes all responsibility of the auction item purchased and releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Auctioneers and Auction Companies of any type of injury, loss, damage, and liability.
• Any questions or concerns regarding payment or load-out must be addressed with the Auction Company(s) at 940-391-9111 or 903-821-8717 immediately after the auction. All lots MUST be removed from the auction site within the stated auction load-out date(s) above to avoid forfeiture of your purchase. If you do not pick-up your items before the deadline, you agree to forfeiture of your auction item, and waive all rights to your purchase without a refund. No Exceptions!

Important Points To Remember!

• Payment(s) are due once the item(s) are declared sold and payment will be processed immediately after the auction closes 
• Buyers will be emailed an invoice from Kiefer Auctioneers with payment details – Check your junk and spam folders
• You must notify the Auction Company by 3:00 pm CST day of auction how you will be paying by calling or texting (940) 391-9111. Please leave a detailed message stating your name and bidder number, how you will be paying, or to run your card on file. All payment arrangements must be made immediately after the conclusion of the auction to avoid your card on file being ran. 
• Payment Types Accepted: Credit or Debit Card or Wire Transfers Only
• Wire Transfer’s must be received by auction company the no later than the following business morning after the auction – All payment information and wire transfer instructions will be emailed to all winning purchasers after the auction from Kiefer Auctioneers (not ProxiBid) so please check your junk and spam folders
• You may pay via wire transfer or credit card with a 3.79% convenience fee
• All financing MUST be in place PRIOR to the Auction – You can apply for financing on our Financing Tab on our homepage, prior to the Auction Date (Please allow enough time for processing of your requested loan amount).
• Make sure your TAX EXEMPT information is CURRENT on your ProxiBid or BidSpotter accounts otherwise, you will be charged taxes. No exceptions will be made.
• All item(s) are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS without any warranty or guarantee, written or implied, with respect to any matter whatsoever
• This is a legitimate auction business; thus no bidding mistakes will be entertained when bidding online or buyers remorse
• The bidder will be responsible for placing a bid and paying for the item they bid on, even if it’s an honest mistake made by the bidder
• If the buyer fails to pick up the merchandise by the stated pick-up dates above, buyer will forfeit their purchase and will not receive a refund on any items purchased
• By visiting the auction and auction site, whether previewing of auction items or operating any auction items or by simply visiting the auction or auction site as a guest or bidders representative, and/or by registering to bid in our auction, you agree that you have read, understand, and fully agree to abide by all the terms listed in our Terms and Conditions, as expressly implied. • All registered bidders authorize the Auction Company to run your registered card on file and agree to abide by all terms listed in our Terms and Conditions.
• There will be a 15% buyer’s premium
• All items must be paid for before removal of an item and you must bring a Paid Receipt when you pick-up your items from the Auction Company.
• Bidder understands and agrees to any phone or text charges that may apply by becoming a registered bidder in the auction, and additionally understands and agrees to any photography, video, and audio recordings used at the auction premises and during the auction for security, legal, and/or promotional purposes.

HOW CAN YOU PAY FOR YOUR ITEM?

• Auction Company will email your invoice to you immediately after the auction is over to remit payment. You have until 3:00 PM CST or at the conclusion of the auction, which ever comes first, to make payment arrangements before your card on file will be ran. *Make sure your TAX EXEMPT information is CURRENT on your ProxiBid or BidSpotter account. Otherwise, you will be charged taxes. No exceptions and refunds will be made.
• Buyer (Purchaser) must contact Auction Company at (940) 391-9111 by 3:00 pm CST on date of auction or at the conclusion of the auction. Please leave a detailed message with your name and bidder / paddle number and how and when you will paying for your invoice, or to run your card on file.
• Wire Transfer’s must be received by auction company no later than the following business morning after the auction – All payment information and wire transfer instructions will be emailed to all winning Buyer (Purchaser) after the auction from Kiefer Auctioneers (not ProxiBid or BidSpotter) so please check your junk and spam folders
• You authorize the Auction Company to run your registered card on file and agree to abide by all terms listed in our Terms and Conditions.
