Auction Date, Time, And Location
Ring A: Fitch Farm Dispersal Auction and Ring B:Fitch Shop Dispersal Auction in Texas will be conducted on Saturday, October 22, 2022. It will begin at Ring A at 10:00 AM and Ring B, on-site and online, and will continue until it is over.
Location: 278 County Road 4460, Decatur, Texas 76234.
Auction preview date will be on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Additionally, you may make an appointment with Cory at (903) 821-8717.
Load-out Dates
Here are some of the important load-out dates and timings you’ll like to know.
Saturday: After the auction until 5:30 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Important Points To Remember!
Payments can be made via cash, credit, or debit card with a 3.79% convenience fee
Wire Transfer’s must be received by auction company the Monday following the auction
Check’s with a Bank Letter of Guarantee will be accepted
We highly encourage cash
Payments will be processed immediately after each lot is sold

It is a legitimate auction business, thus no mistakes will be entertained when bidding online
The bidder will be responsible for placing a bid and paying for the item they bid on, even if it’s an honest mistake made by the bidder
If the bidder fails to pick up the merchandise by the given date, they will forfeit their purchase and will not get any refund on the item purchased
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium (If you are going to give $100, give $90)
All items must be paid for before removal of an item

You authorize the Auction Company to run your registered card on file and agree to the payment terms listed in our Terms and Conditions by becoming a registered bidder in our auction.
