Review detailed descriptions, photographs, and available documentation for each item. If you’d like to inspect an item in person, simply contact Kiefer Auctioneers to schedule an appointment.

3. Bid Online

Place bids conveniently from your computer, tablet, or mobile device throughout the auction.

4. Payment & Pickup

After the auction closes, you’ll receive an invoice from Kiefer Auctioneers. Once payment has been received and made, you will pick up your items at the designated item location during the load-out dates and times.

Load-Out Dates

Here are the load-out dates and times you need to know for our Lifetime Vintage Farm Toy, Pedal Tractor & Americana Collection Online Auction in Copper Canyon, Texas:

  • Monday, September 14, 2026 thru Wednesday, September 16, 2026: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT
  • Thursday, September 17, 2026 & Friday, September 18, 2026: By appointment only. Payment must be received in full by the Auction Company before the scheduled appointment. Cash and check payments must be made no later than Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and will not be accepted during loadout on Thursday or Friday. Appointments must be scheduled immediately with the Auction Company following the conclusion of the auction.

FINAL LOAD-OUT DEADLINE: Friday, September 18, 2026

All purchased items must be removed during the designated load-out dates and times. If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled load-out period, you must contact the Auction Company immediately after the auction concludes to make alternate arrangements.

Mandatory Removal: All purchases must be removed by the stated deadline. Any items not removed by Friday, September 18, 2026, will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. The purchaser waives all rights, title, and interest to the property, and the Auction Company and Seller reserve the right to dispose of the items at their sole discretion. No exceptions.

 

Nationwide Shipping Available!

Nationwide shipping is available on qualifying lots. If shipping is required, the buyer must notify the Auction Company immediately following the auction.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping-related costs, including Auction Company handling fees and any packaging, crating, insurance, postage, freight or carrier charges.

In-House Shipping and Handling

The Auction Company offers in-house shipping on qualifying standard-size lots only.

  • A $25 handling fee will apply to each standard lot shipped by the Auction Company.
  • Packaging materials, postage, insurance and carrier charges are additional and will be paid by the buyer.
  • Large, heavy, oversized or specialty items are not eligible for in-house shipping and will require buyer-arranged third-party shipping or freight.

Third-Party Shipping and Freight

Buyers requiring third-party shipping or freight are solely responsible for selecting, hiring and coordinating with the carrier.

  • A $50 handling fee per lot will apply when the Auction Company is required to package or crate a large, heavy, oversized or specialty item for release to a third-party carrier.
  • Packaging and crating materials, insurance, freight and carrier charges are additional and are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
  • All special packaging or crating arrangements must be approved by the Auction Company in advance.
  • The purchaser is solely responsible for arranging for the third-party shipping or freight company to pick up all large, heavy, oversized or crated items.
  • All third-party carriers must pick up purchased items during the stated loadout dates and times unless the Auction Company provides prior written approval for alternate arrangements.
  • The Auction Company does not guarantee that it can package, crate, load or otherwise prepare every oversized item for transportation. Any requested service must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

Once an item is declared sold, all ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser. The Auctioneer and Auction Company assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage occurring during packaging, handling, loading, shipping or transportation.

By purchasing an item, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the item and agrees to release, defend and indemnify the Auctioneer and Auction Company from all shipping-related claims, damages, losses, expenses or liabilities.

How Can You Pay for Your Items?

  • The Auction Company will email an invoice to each winning buyer following the conclusion of the auction. Please check your inbox, junk and spam folders for payment instructions.
  • Payment may be made by cash, approved check with a bank letter of guarantee, ACH, wire transfer or credit card. A 3.79% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.
  • Buyers who intend to pay by cash, approved check, ACH or wire transfer must contact the Auction Company at (940) 391-9111 to make payment arrangements. Please leave a detailed message that includes your name, bidder or paddle number, preferred payment method and when payment will be made.
  • If the auction concludes before 5:00 PM CT, buyers must contact the Auction Company by 5:00 PM CT on the day of the auction. If the auction concludes at or after 5:00 PM CT, buyers must contact the Auction Company no later than 10:00 AM CT the following morning.
  • If the buyer does not contact the Auction Company by the applicable deadline, the Auction Company is authorized to process the registered card on file for the full amount due, including the applicable 3.79% credit card convenience fee.
  • Wire transfers must be initiated no later than the first business day following the auction. All funds must be received and cleared before purchased items will be released.
  • Payment and wire-transfer instructions will be emailed to winning buyers directly from Kiefer Auctioneers, not Proxibid or any other bidding platform.
  • All payments must be received in full before any item may be picked up, shipped or released to the buyer or a third-party carrier.
  • By registering to bid, the buyer authorizes the Auction Company to process the registered card on file and agrees to comply with all auction Terms and Conditions.

Important Points to Remember:

Payment

  • All invoices and payment instructions will be emailed directly by Kiefer Auctioneers following the auction. Buyers must comply with the payment methods, notification deadlines and card-processing authorization stated in the “How Can You Pay for Your Items?” section above.

Financing

  • All financing must be approved and in place before the auction. Financing applications may be submitted through the Financing tab on the Kiefer Auctioneers website. Buyers should allow sufficient time for application review, processing and approval before bidding.

Sales Tax and Exemptions

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all tax-exemption information associated with their bidding-platform account is complete and current before the auction.
  • Applicable sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides a properly completed and valid resale, agricultural or other legally applicable exemption certificate for the state in which the purchase is taxable.
  • If an invoice includes sales tax and the buyer claims a legally applicable exemption, the buyer must provide the Auction Company with a completed and signed exemption certificate. Sales tax may be removed only after the documentation has been received and verified.
  • Sales tax will be collected in accordance with applicable state and local regulations. The applicable tax rate may be determined by the physical location of the item, the delivery destination or other legally required sourcing rules.

Buyer’s Premium

  • A buyer’s premium will be added to the final hammer price of each lot at the rate stated in the auction listing and Terms and Conditions.
  • The online buyer’s premium for this auction is 15%. As a general example, a buyer intending to spend approximately $100 before sales tax, credit card fees, shipping or other charges should limit the hammer bid to approximately $85.

Bidding and Item Condition

  • All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults and without any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied.
  • Buyers are responsible for inspecting items, reviewing photographs and descriptions, asking questions and completing all necessary due diligence before bidding.
  • All bids are binding. Bidding mistakes, accidental bids, failure to review the lot description and buyer’s remorse will not be accepted as grounds for canceling a purchase.
  • The registered bidder is responsible for every bid placed through the bidder’s account and for paying the complete purchase price and all applicable fees, taxes, shipping and other charges.

Payment, Pickup and Removal

  • All purchases must be paid in full before any item may be removed, picked up, shipped or released to the buyer or a third-party carrier.
  • Buyers must present a paid receipt before purchased items will be released.
  • All items must be removed during the stated pickup or loadout dates and times unless the Auction Company provides prior written approval for alternate arrangements.
  • If a buyer fails to remove purchased items by the stated deadline, the purchase may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund, as provided in the auction Terms and Conditions.

Auction-Site Access and Acceptance of Terms

  • By entering or visiting the auction site, previewing auction items, inspecting or operating equipment, attending as a guest or bidder representative, or registering to bid, each person acknowledges that they have read, understand and agree to comply with the Auction Company’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Complete Terms and Conditions are available through the Terms and Conditions button on the applicable auction listing page. A copy may also be requested by emailing info@kieferauctions.com.
  • Any person who needs assistance reading or understanding the Terms and Conditions should contact the Auction Company before registering or placing a bid.

Communications and Recordings

  • By registering for the auction, the bidder understands and agrees that standard telephone, text-message or data charges may apply to auction-related communications.
  • The bidder also understands and agrees that photography and video or audio recording may occur at the auction premises or during the auction for security, documentation, legal and promotional purposes.

Agreement to Auction Terms

By registering to bid, whether online or onsite, each bidder confirms that they have read, understand and agree to be legally bound by the Auction Company’s complete Terms and Conditions.
