How It Works for Sellers:
Consign Your Items: Contact Kiefer Auctioneers to add your items to an upcoming auction. We’ll professionally catalog and advertise them to thousands of buyers. We will list the City and State of where the items are located at.
Auction Day: Your items are sold live online to the highest bidder in a competitive, fast-paced auction event.
Get Paid: Once the auction is complete, we collect funds from buyers and issue payment to you promptly, minus any commission or fees.
How It Works for Buyers:
Register online and get approved to bid.
Browse detailed photos and descriptions in the online catalog. Make an appointment to view the items you are interested in with the auction company.
Watch and bid live on auction day from any device.
After the auction concludes, you’ll receive an invoice from Kiefer Auctioneers and submit payment.
Once your payment has cleared, you can schedule an appointment to pick up your purchased item at its designated location.

There are several benefits to consigning your items as early as possible.
Load-Out Dates
Here are some of the essential load-out dates and timings you need to know for our Public Auction:
Sunday: Following the auction date by appointment only.
Monday – Thursday following the auction date by appointment only.
Any other pick-up arrangements must be made with the auctioneer immediately after the auction to avoid forfeiture of your purchases. Contact the Auction Company at 940-391-9111 or 903-821-8717. All lots MUST be removed from the auction location(s) within the stated auction load-out date(s) above to avoid forfeiture of your purchase. If you do not pick up your items before the deadlines, you agree to the forfeiture of your auction item and waive all rights to your purchase without a refund. No Exceptions Allowed!
Essential Points To Remember!
Payments will be processed immediately after the auction closes. Payment is officially due once the auction item(s) are declared sold on the auction date.
Buyers will be emailed an invoice from Kiefer Auctioneers with payment and location details. Check your junk and spam folders.
You must notify the Auction Company by 5:00 pm day of the auction how you will be paying by calling or texting (940) 391-9111. Please leave a detailed message stating your name and bidder number, how and when you will be paying, or to run your card on file. All payments are officially due once the auction item(s) are declared sold on the auction date. If you do not contact the auction company, your card on file will be charged with no refunds.
Wire Transfer must be received by the auction company the following business morning after the auction.
You may pay by credit card with a 3.79% convenience fee or via a wire transfer.
All financing MUSTbe in place PRIORto the Auction – You can apply for financing on our Financing Tab on our homepage, prior to the Auction Date (Please allow enough time for processing of your requested loan amount).
Make sure your TAX EXEMPT information is CURRENT on your ProxiBid account; otherwise, you will be charged taxes until it is updated. No exceptions will be made.
All items (s) are sold AS IS, WHERE IS without any warranty or guarantee, written or implied, with respect to any matter whatsoever.
This is a legitimate auction business; thus, no bidding mistakes will be entertained when bidding online, nor buyer’s remorse.
The bidder will be responsible for placing a bid and paying for the item they bid on, even if it’s an honest mistake made by the bidder.
If the buyer fails to pick up the merchandise by the stated pick-up dates above, the buyer will forfeit their purchase and will not be refunded for any items purchased.
By visiting the auction and auction site, whether previewing auction items or operating any auction items or by simply visiting the auction or auction site as a guest or bidders representative, and/or by registering to bid in our auction, you agree that you have read, understand, and fully agree to abide by all the terms listed in our Terms and Conditions, as expressly implied. All registered bidders authorize the Auction Company to run your registered card on file and agree to abide by all terms listed in our Terms and Conditions.
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium onsite (If you are going to give $100, give $90, etc.) and a 12% buyer’s premium online.
All items must be paid for before removal of an item, and you must bring a Paid Receipt when you pick up your items from the Auction Company.
Bidder understands and agrees to any phone or text charges that may apply by becoming a registered bidder in the auction and additionally understands and agrees to any photography, video, and audio recordings used at the auction premises and during the auction for security, legal, and/or promotional purposes.

HOW CAN YOU PAY FOR YOUR ITEM?

All payments are officially due once the auction item(s) are declared sold on the auction date. If you do not contact the auction company, your card on file will be run with no refunds.
