There will be two auction rings. Ring A (Firearms) will begin at 10:00 AM CT, followed immediately by Ring B (all remaining items) once Ring A has concluded.

Load-Out Dates:
Here are some of the essential load-out dates and timings you need to know for our Public Auction:
Saturday: After the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 PM CT, or whichever comes first.
Sunday, October 5, 2025: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CT.
Monday, October 6, 2025 – Wednesday, October 8, 2025: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM CT.
Any other pick-up arrangements must be made with the auctioneer immediately after the auction to avoid forfeiture of your purchases. Contact the Auction Company(s) at 940-391-9111 or 903-821-8717. All lots MUST be removed from the auction site within the stated auction load-out date(s) above to avoid forfeiture of your purchase. If you do not pick up your items before the deadlines, you agree to forfeiture your auction item and waive all rights to your purchase without a refund. No Exceptions Allowed!
Important Points To Remember!
Payments will be processed immediately after the auction closes.
Buyers will be emailed an invoice from Kiefer Auctioneers with payment details. Check your junk and spam folders.
You must notify the Auction Company by 5:00 pm on the day of the auction how you will be paying by calling or texting (940) 391-9111. Please leave a detailed message stating your name and bidder number, how and when you will be paying, or to run your card on file. All payment arrangements must be made within 24 hours after the conclusion of the auction to avoid your card on file being run.
Wire Transfer must be received by the auction company the following business morning after the auction. All payment information and wire transfer instructions will be emailed to all winning purchasers after the auction from Kiefer Auctioneers (not ProxiBid), so please check your junk and spam folders.
You may pay with cash, check with a bank letter of guarantee, or credit card with a 3.79% convenience fee
All financing MUSTbe in place PRIORto the Auction – You can apply for financing on our Financing tab on our homepage prior to the auction date (Please allow enough time for processing your requested loan amount).
Make sure your TAX EXEMPT information is CURRENT on your ProxiBid account; otherwise, you will be charged taxes until it is updated. No exceptions will be made. All sales destined for states that qualify for resale or agricultural use may be exempt from sales tax, provided the purchaser submits a valid exemption form for the applicable state. If you receive an invoice showing sales tax and you hold a resale or agricultural exemption in your state, you must supply us with a completed and signed exemption certificate. Upon receipt and verification, the sales tax will be removed from your invoice.

This is a legitimate auction business; thus, no bidding mistakes will be entertained when bidding online or buyer remorse
The bidder will be responsible for placing a bid and paying for the item they bid on, even if it’s an honest mistake made by the bidder.
If the buyer fails to pick up the merchandise by the stated pick-up dates above, thebuyer will forfeit their purchase and will not be refunded for any items purchased.

All registered bidders authorize the Auction Company to run your registered card on file and agree to abide by all terms listed in our Terms and Conditions.
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium onsite (If you are going to give $100, give $90, etc.) and a 12% buyer’s premium online for Ring B.
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium onsite and a 15% buyer’s premium online for Ring A.
All items must be paid for before the removal of an item, and you must bring a Paid Receipt when you pick up your items from the Auction Company.
Bidder understands and agrees to any phone or text charges that may apply by becoming a registered bidder in the auction and additionally understands and agrees to any photography, video, and audio recordings used at the auction premises and during the auction for security, legal, and/or promotional purposes.

Firearm Sales Terms and Conditions:
All firearm sales are subject to full compliance with applicable Federal and Texas firearm laws and regulations, including but not limited to those enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns and 21 years of age to purchase handguns, unless otherwise allowed by law. All firearms will be transferred in accordance with federal law and Texas state law.
Any firearm not picked up in person must be shipped and transferred through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer. A $50 transfer fee will be charged by the Auction Company’s FFL dealer for each firearm. All additional costs and fees associated with shipping and transfer, including any fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Background Checks: All Purchasers must undergo and successfully pass a background check. Firearms will only be released to the Purchaser upon verification of an approved NICS background check. There will be no exceptions.
NICS Denials: A denial from NICS does not relieve the Purchaser from payment obligations. If a Purchaser is denied, the firearm must be transferred to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder or returned to the Auctioneer. The Purchaser shall remain liable for full payment and may be responsible for all resale or restocking costs incurred.
FFL Transfers: Firearms not picked up in person must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer in the Purchaser’s state of residence. The Purchaser is solely responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, and FFL transfer fees.
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kiefer Auctioneers, the property owners, and their officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to the purchase, possession, handling, use, or transfer of firearms or other inherently dangerous property purchased at auction.
All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be permitted. All items are sold subject to applicable federal law, Texas law, and international treaty requirements (including C.I.T.E.S., where applicable).
