BIDDER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To participate, bidders must provide:
– Valid government-issued ID
– Proof of funds or lender pre-approval
– Verified payment method
– Bidder deposit
BUYER REPRESENTATION (REQUIRED):
You must disclose representation status:
If represented:
Agent must be registered at least 48 hours prior to auction.
If not represented:
You will be treated as a direct buyer.
No post-auction broker claims will be recognized.
