BIDDER APPROVAL & DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:

ON-SITE REGISTRATION NOTICE:
On-site registration may be available on auction day; however, all required documentation must be provided at that time or bidder approval will not be granted.
BROKER PARTICIPATION NOTICE:
Buyer’s Brokers must register their client in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the auction to be eligible for any broker compensation.
No broker registrations or compensation claims will be accepted after the deadline.
BUYER’S PREMIUM:
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the Total Contract Price.
The Buyer’s Premium is earned in accordance with the Auction Terms and Auction Addendum and is payable at closing.
Example:
High Bid + 10% Buyer’s Premium = Total Contract Price
AUCTIONEER AUTHORITY:
The Auctioneer reserves the right to control the bidding process, determine bid increments, resolve bidding disputes, and accept or reject any bid in a manner deemed appropriate to maintain the integrity of the auction.
The Auctioneer’s determinations shall be final.
The Auctioneer and Seller reserve the right to modify, supplement, or clarify Auction Terms prior to or during the auction by written or announced notice.
DUE DILIGENCE NOTICE:
